Terms and Conditions – Grow With Yakult Competition July 2021
1. The competition is open to all UK and Ireland residents over the age of 18 except employees and their families of Yakult UK Ltd and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this competition.
2. There is a chance to win one of seven gardening kits during July 2021.
3. Only one entry per person and one winner per household.
4. Seven winners will be selected at random from correctly submitted entries via Facebook or Instagram comments section. The winning entries will be at the discretion of Yakult and the promoter’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Only entries which have been correctly submitted via a comment on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram will be given the chance to be entered into the prize draw.
6. The chosen winners will each receive a Grow With Yakult gardening kit worth over £50 containing gardening items from a UK or ROI retailer (subject to availability). The gardening kits will be posted to the winners address in UK and ROI, delivery times may vary.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value without notice.
9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
10. Correct entries will be chosen at random on 15/07/21 and the winners will be contacted via a reply on their successful entry and will have 48 hours to respond to the Direct Message and claim their prize.
11. Promotion period: Opening date 09:00am Monday 5th July 2021 to closing date 09:00am Thursday 15th July 2021.
12. Competition winners’ name and county of residence will be made available on request.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, extend or substitute the promotion at any time.
