Grow with Yakult was first launched on March 22^nd to such a successful response that our 3400 packs were claimed within 2 days and the offer was closed on 24^th March 2021. We are delighted to extend the promotion and offer further seeds over a 5-week period starting 6^th April 2021 giving a chance to 1000 entrants each week to receive a pack.

1. The Grow With Yakult promotion is open to all UK & Ireland residents over the age of 18.
2. Grow With Yakult packs are subject to availability.
3. Only one entry, one pack per person (limit of 4 per household).
4. Only entries which have been correctly submitted via the website form www.yakult.co.uk/grow will be included in a draw to win one of 1000 Grow With Yakult packs each week.
5. Promotional period - 1,000 free Grow With Yakult packs will be available every week for 5 weeks and will be supplied to 1,000 randomly selected correct entries submitted via the website from 6^th April 2021 to 9^th May.
6. All correct entries will be pooled from the start date of 6th April to the weekly close date and time as follows.
• Week 1 – Draw will close 11^th April 12.59pm, successful entries will randomly be selected w/c 12^th April 2021.
• Week 2 – Draw will close 18^th April 12.59pm, successful entries will be randomly selected w/c 19^th April 2021.
• Week 3 – Draw will close 25^th April 12.59pm, successful entries will be randomly selected w/c 26^th April 2021.
• Week 4 – Draw will close to 2^nd May 12.59pm, successful entries will be randomly selected w/c 3^rd May 2021.
• Week 5 – Draw will close 9^th May 12.59pm,successful entries will be randomly selected w/c 10^th May 2021.
7. Prior to each draw entries will be split into two groups. Group 1 UK (excluding N – Ireland) addresses and Group 2 Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses. Every week 950 entrants from group 1 and 50 entrants from group 2 will be randomly chosen to receive a Grow With Yakult pack.
8. 4,750 packs will be available for entrants with UK postal address excluding N-Ireland and 250 packs will be available for entrants with ROI and N – Ireland postal addresses during the activity due to custom restrictions and availability in each area.
9. Any successful entries from each week will not be entered into subsequent draws, entries can only win once and receive one pack.
10. Unsuccessful entries will rollover into subsequent draws until the last draw.
11. The Grow With Yakult pack includes one pack of Japanese seeds with 5 sachets each with: Ishikura Onion, Mibuna, Mizuna, Tatsoi and Radish Mooli Minowase (Daikon Radish) seeds and a Grow With Yakult Guide containing gardening instructions, recipes and well-being information.
12. Grow with Yakult packs may be changed due to supply and seasonality without notice. The shelf life for seeds is up to two years and should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
13. No costs associated with the activity will be reimbursed and Yakult UK Ltd, is not responsible for any associated activity after receiving the packs.
14. No purchase necessary.
15. Confirmed participants will receive a pack via post within 30 working days dependent on availability and postal restrictions.
16. Participants’ full name, email address and delivery address will need to be entered via the website sign up form. Data will be used for fulfilment of this activity and will be deleted within 3 months after the end of the activity.
17. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the packs for another of equal value without notice.
18. Packs are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
19. The packs will be dispatched via third party.
20. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, extend or substitute the promotion at any time.
