Terms and Conditions: Shodo Calligraphy Website Competition – (August-September 2020)

  1. The competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees and their families of Yakult UK Ltd and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this competition.
  2. Only one entry per person.
  3. All winners will be chosen randomly and the promoter’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Only entries which have been correctly submitted via the website form will be given the chance to be entered into the prize draw.
  5. The first 5 randomly chosen entries will win a Shodo Calligraphy Set including a calligraphy set and paper, Shodo stencils and a Kokeshi doll.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. Correct entries will be chosen at random on Monday 7th of September 2020 and winners will be contacted via e-mail and have 48 hours to respond to the e-mail and claim their prize and provide the contact details needed.
  8. In case any or all of the first 5 randomly selected winners do not claim their prize, we’ll run another random draw and the unclaimed prize(s) will be offered to the next selected winners.
  9. Promotion period: Opening date 09:00am Wednesday 26th August 2020 to closing date 08:00am Monday 7th September 2020.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value without notice.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  12. The prizes will be sent via Royal Mail.
  13. Competition winners’ names and county of residence will be made available on request.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, extend or substitute the promotion at any time.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
