Almond Delight

This simple, but oh so tasty smoothie recipe is sure to make all who drink it smile with delight!   Even though this smoothie has few ingredients, it is still crammed full of beneficial nutrients such as vitamin E, niacin, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper and magnesium. 

Method (Serves 2)

  • Cut solid ingredients into chunks and place into smoothie maker.

  • 2 bottles of original Yakult 
  • 300ml ice cold Water
