The "Apple Jungle” smoothie is bursting with health boosting nutrients such as vitamins C and K and potassium.  This apple and berry booster is also packed full of fibre to help us get through life in the urban jungle too!

Method (Serves 2)

  • Cut solid ingredients into chunks and place into smoothie maker.
