Cinnamon Kick
Spice up your Christmas morning, in fact any day over the winter months. This recipe is packed full of calcium and B vitamins to give you extra an extra boost during the festive period!
Method (Serves 2)
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.
Ingredients
- 125ml unsweetened Almond drink (fortified)
- 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 bottle of original Yakult
- 1 frozen Banana*
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 ice cubes
*freeze a peeled banana and cut into 2cm slices the day before.
