Green Beam
Not usually associated with smoothies, fennel is just one of the ingredients of the Green Beam. With its mild sweetness, it fits perfectly with the lush grapes and the tang of parsley. This smoothie is full of fibre and the vitamin C content helps to boost our immune system.
Method (Serves 2)
- Cut solid ingredients into chunks and place into smoothie maker.
Ingredients
- 2 Kiwis
- 150g Green grapes
- ½ Fennel bulb
- 5 Parsley leaves
- 200ml ice-cold Water
