Shaking Breakfast
Set yourself up for the day with this filling breakfast smoothie. It’s a superb way to start the day, with vitamin B6 to reduce fatigue and magnesium contributing to normal energy metabolism – go on, shake it and rock the day!
Method (Serves 2)
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blitz.
