Bircher muesli
Quick to make, packed with energy and tasty too, this original muesli recipe is an all-round healthy breakfast winner.
Method (serves 4)
- Soak the oats in the milk overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning add the lemon, apple, apple juice, honey and yogurt and stir well.
- Finish with your favourite toppings and enjoy.

- 175g Oats
- 125ml Milk
- 1 Apple, grated
- 50ml Apple juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Yoghurt
