Fruit and bran crunch
This is a very quick and easy way to jazz up some otherwise dreary bran flakes. You can use any fruit you have to hand.
Method (serves 1)
- Simply fill a bowl or glass with alternating layers of bran flakes, yoghurt and fruit, and finish off with a topping of more fruit.
Ingredients
- 30g Bran flakes
- 50ml Yoghurt
- ¼ Papaya
- ¼ Mango
- Handful of blueberries
- Any other fruit
