Mango smoothie with passion fruit
Start your day with a blast of fresh fruit and yoghurt in smoothie form. It couldn’t be any easier or quicker to make, and the flavours will brighten up your morning.
Method (serves 1)
- Put the mango, yoghurt and milk in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Stir in the lime juice and the pulp of the passion fruits and serve in a glass.
Ingredients
- 100g Ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 65g Fat free yoghurt
- 65ml Skimmed milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Passion fruits
