Tofu, honey, cinnamon and berries

Here’s a slightly unusual recipe for breakfast, but a good source of protein and tasty too.  You can use any berries you like to top it off.

Method

  • Lay the tofu on the slice of toast, grate a little cinnamon over it and drizzle with a little honey.
  • Put the whole ensemble under the grill for 3-4 minutes.
  • Drizzle with the remaining honey and top with berries before serving.
