Tofu, honey, cinnamon and berries
Here’s a slightly unusual recipe for breakfast, but a good source of protein and tasty too. You can use any berries you like to top it off.
Method
- Lay the tofu on the slice of toast, grate a little cinnamon over it and drizzle with a little honey.
- Put the whole ensemble under the grill for 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle with the remaining honey and top with berries before serving.
